This Return Policy explains how to raise concerns about work or deliverables provided by Cefnogi Solutions Pvt Ltd. Our services are generally digital or performed remotely, so physical shipment returns do not normally apply. The written proposal or service agreement for your project sets the deliverables, review process, and any included revisions.
Please review each deliverable against the scope and acceptance criteria in your project agreement. If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, email us with the project details and a clear description of the issue so we can assess it.
Where an issue is within the agreed scope, we will work with you on an appropriate correction or revision under the review and revision terms in your agreement. Requests for new features, different direction, or work outside the agreed scope may require a change request and additional fees.
Digital files, designs, websites, software, and other work created for a specific project cannot be physically returned. Concerns about those deliverables are handled through the project review, correction, and acceptance process in the applicable agreement and, where relevant, our Refund Policy.
If a separate written agreement includes physical goods, the return conditions and any delivery or shipping requirements will be stated in that agreement or the applicable order terms. Contact us before sending anything back; do not ship items without return instructions.
